4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered and active account on the cct77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities by the same physical person, is strictly prohibited. cct77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice, withhold associated balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cct77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. cct77 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cct77 is required by its licensing conditions to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some circumstances, at registration. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes specified by cct77 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account.

cct77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL digital banking, Meezan Bank online banking, and selected cryptocurrency networks. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion charges applied by cct77.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the cct77 cashier section at the time of deposit. These limits may be adjusted periodically and without prior notice. Players are advised to check current limits within their account before initiating any deposit transaction.

5.2 Deposit Processing Times

cct77 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's individual terms:

• All bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money.

8.1 Game Availability

cct77 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice. Technical malfunctions in any game will be investigated, and affected rounds may be voided at cct77's discretion, with stakes returned to the player's account.

8.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on cct77. These limits are displayed within each game's interface. cct77 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and may apply individual player-specific limits where necessary for responsible gaming or operational reasons.

8.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, and UFC markets, are subject to the cct77 Sportsbook Rules, which govern event settlement, void conditions, in-play betting, and odds adjustments. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond the settlement window, or declared void will have stakes returned. cct77 reserves the right to void bets where obvious pricing errors have occurred.

8.4 System Errors

In the event of a system, software, or connectivity error that affects a gaming session, cct77 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its pre-error state. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. cct77's decision in all such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cct77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud cct77 or other players, including but not limited to chargebacks, disputed transactions, or the use of stolen payment credentials.

• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, free bets, or promotional credits using low-risk or mathematically guaranteed wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to use cct77 accounts for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. cct77 is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Impersonation: Registering an account or operating an account in another person's name, or using forged or altered identity documents during the KYC process.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the cct77 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. cct77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player to their cct77 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cct77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, or third-party payment processing delays.

cct77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, cct77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notification on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions on a regular basis. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the cct77 platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cct77 holds its international gaming licence.

15.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and cct77, you are encouraged to first contact cct77 customer support to seek an informal resolution. cct77 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five business days and to making genuine efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

15.2 Escalation

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with cct77 support, players may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by cct77's licensing authority. Details of this process are available on request from cct77 customer support.

15.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which shall be the controlling language in all circumstances. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding and shall not affect the interpretation of the English-language version.
